They need to work on their customer service skills. Their billing department sucks. How can you not tell your patient in timely manner about an outstanding balance? Sending letters in the mail? People move places and that's our fault? I have not received a call or email from this clinic about anything and I just now found out when I made an appointment today that I have an outstanding balance because of an insurance claim that was not covered. Don't condescend me on the phone. I can literally sense how rude you are.

i got my first pap smear today and i was so nervous. everyone working here made me feel so comfortable. Jennifer Barndt made me feel comfortable and the process was easy and fast. i would highly recommend anyone to go here!

Dr. Brantley is the best! She genuinely cares and listens to her patients. She respects my medical decisions fully and it is wonderful to feel so supported. She not only answers all of my questions, but counsels her patients and advises of all the risks and benefits of a given treatment, so that you can make an informed decision. She is thorough and takes every step needed to help her patients & ensure their overall health. She is one of the best physicians that I have had the pleasure to be under the care of, and I hope to always be her patient.

I had the best experience going in for an annual. I tend to have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to doctors in general but especially for something as close up as a Pap smear. The NP, Annie Copeland, was fantastic. She made sure I was comfortable and I had no issues at all. Even the desk ladies were amazing, they were so kind!

Terrible Experience

I had an awful experience here and would not recommend this place. First, I was left waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. Then, they claimed they had completed lab tests, but the results were nowhere to be found.

On top of that, the billing process was a nightmare. They charged me and later claimed I hadn’t made a payment. Despite providing proof of payment twice, I was forced to overpay because of the urgency of the situation. To make matters worse, they told me I had to wait for a confirmation email even after showing them proof of payment.

This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as healthcare. Proceed with caution if you choose to go here.

I was seen by Youn Sun Smith and walked out with HAPPY TEARS. I was recently seen at another facility and felt completely body shamed and just simply not cared for. I had spoken to that facility’s office manager and was told that is her personality. I walked in to woman’s care nervous simply because of my past experience. I was met with smiles from all the employees from the moment I walked in. Youn Sun Smith listened to all of my concerns and gave me sound medical advice. On top of that she completed my Pap smear so quick. Quicker than any other provider in the past. If you want to be heard as a patient and treated with the quality care we deserve as females please go see Youn Sun Smith. She is simply AMAZING.

Before posting this review, I made an effort to address my concerns directly with the physician. My daughter selected this practice as her OB during her pregnancy. She was required to undergo a 3-hour glucose test for gestational diabetes, during which blood was drawn at intervals. After the final blood draw, she was told the test was complete and to await the results at home. Despite feeling weak, shaky, and generally unwell upon leaving, no one from the staff seemed concerned. Fortunately, she wasn’t driving, and her partner, noticing her condition when she got in the car, advised her to eat something.

Two days later, she received a call from Women’s Care informing her that her last blood glucose level was 31—an extremely dangerous level. Shockingly, there had been no sense of urgency or concern from the staff during the test, even when she wasn’t feeling well.

Today, I accompanied my daughter to her appointment and raised this issue with the physician she was seeing (it’s a different provider each time). I ensured to preface it with the understanding there was nothing to do for my daughter at this point, but hoped to address the situation to prevent this from happening to another patient. The doctor showed little reaction and seemed to view the situation as routine, failing to grasp the seriousness of my concern. I suggested that, at the very least, a finger-stick glucose test should be done before sending patients home or that patients should be screened for hypoglycemic symptoms to ensure their safety. The doctor dismissed this, stating it was unnecessary.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, this practice feels impersonal and seems more focused on moving patients in and out rather than prioritizing the safety of both the mother and baby. In this case, the lack of attention could have had severe consequences. What if my daughter had driven herself with a blood glucose level of 31 and passed out behind the wheel?

I’m not the type to write reviews but I am very frustrated with the customer service this place has. I had an appointment today that was scheduled two weeks ago and I received a text stating they rescheduled my appointment due to the person I’m seeing not being in at that time. So instead of them calling me to see what time works best to reschedule and fit me in the best time possible since it’s them rescheduling me no they simply just reschedule my appointment without knowing if I’m available at that time. So I call them to let them know I’m not available and they should have called me first before rescheduling and the receptionist sounded like she hated her job and told me the next available appointment won’t be till another two weeks out . That is ridiculous that they would schedule me two weeks out when they are the ones rescheduling my appointment you would think they would give me the soonest available time to squeeze in. This was so unprofessional. This place is a waste of time and energy so do not bother. I suggest going to another women’s care location with employees that actually take care of you and care about their job.
