I was really pleased with my experience at Victoria’s Secret. As someone who does not particularly like shopping or going to malls, I was pleasantly surprised by this no stress experience. The staff were very helpful and so nice! I made my purchase and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with the employees here! Addny, Kennedy, and Jasmine were all so helpful every step of the way, from measuring me to helping me find certain products online to being incredibly patient as we tried to apply all my coupons and get the most discounted price for me. I felt like a very valued person and customer here. They are so great! Highly recommend this location!

Products are fine, same as they have been my whole life. This is about the employees. I went last week to get a few things. I admittedly do NOT get dressed up in the morning since I work nights. Big tee shirts, sweat pants, you get it. I was in the store for 20 minutes and not a single person said anything to me. Girl at the counter was rude, the girls walking the floor looked right at me and walked away. Terrible customer service at this location.

A friend of mine told me she wanted to visit Victoria Secret, to get a new bra, to surprise her husband with.
So, I was with my puppy at the time, but the 3 of us had a great time here.

The friendly customer service was OUTSTANDING! They were so helpful in answering any/all questions, and were really very helpful in trying to find the right stuff.

One thing that shocked me, is how open they were with the return policy!
They mentioned quite a few times that if she wasn't happy with what she got, that they'd welcome the return to make it right.

Normally when you accidentally double charge for clothing at checkout, you own the mistake instead of putting the blame on the customers, right? I guess $20 is a rounding error to her. Took 3 times to convince her the math didn’t add up.. no apology. Other workers were kind though!

What the Hell! My girlfriend and I frequent this store quite often as a fun date night activity it's always been amazing and fun but they have New Management.(Charlie) We couldn't get any help, employees running around with there heads cut off. the only employee at the register was on her first day, she messed up our checkout, our recheckout, overcharged us, couldn't get the refunds right. I had to sit down and show them the math on what they were going to return to my card. in the end we just returned everything we bought. My girlfriend was just about in tears. We will never go back to this store again.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I was very surprised by how my friend and I were treated around 30 minutes before closing. Not once were we asked if we needed help let alone greeted and I couldn’t find any employees on the floor besides the one employee checking people out. When I stood in line for checkout there were the perfume roller ball perfumes I was looking at since they’re adjacent to the checkout line. The employee at the cash register told me I needed to get back in the checkout line. The perfumes were in the checkout line! Never in my life have I been spoken to like that in a store! After checking me out she just handed me my bag and didn’t say anything else to me and I said have a good night and she just mumbled you too. She also didn’t give me any tissue paper but the lady behind me she did give her some which felt uncomfortable walking around the mall. I really did not appreciate the service. If you’re looking for helpful employees I suggest going to a different location.
