Garbage company. Paid my co-pay, and they did perform the service, despite me having to use my own medical supplies because they “forgot” some of theirs. Then 5 months later without notice or warning, charged my credit card another 185 dollars without consent, authorization, or notice. When it was brought to their attention this is illegal and I told them to refund my money and send an itemized bill, was told no. If you look through their reviews across various platforms, this seems to be a common theme. My guess is most of the positive reviews are fictitious.

Medically it’s a great service, billing site is a scam. I am disabled, diabetic with cancer on Medicaid and Medicare. On weekends I developed a wound on my leg called urgent care explained provided with both insurance they pre approved and assured that both of my insurance will take care of the charge. After couple months I am getting a bill for $600.00 . I request explanation with proof off my signed agreement and received back an email stating it’s my responsibility and I signed, but the disclosure they sent is blank and no my signature anywhere, and something I did not tell them about my managed care by Humana. Which is my primary and I could not not tell them.
When medical services try to scam elderly disabled with cancer on low income You be the judge. Thank you for your time.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Firstly, this service was incredible. It surpassed my expectations. The regular neighborhood doctor I went to switched hours to close earlier than I expected. I was having serious asthma problems and needed attention ASAP. I was frantically looking for a service that wasn't an ER. Oh how happy I was to come across a service that not only comes to you, breaks down the extra cost of care and is super friendly. Alexis, my MA, was AWESOME!!!! I highly recommend her if you plan on using this service. This really helped me out of jam AND saved me money (who doesn't want that?). Loved the modern experience, no waiting with other patients catching other germs and you can track their location in real time. Fantastic!

Never have I ever been able to get the care that I needed in such a fast and very convenient way. I really hope this company goes nationwide especially since I travel a lot. I just want to tell everyone I know about this service. It’s so great and I was able to get the prescriptions I needed and I feel so much better. The nurse came to my apartment with all of her tools and her laptop and I was able to talk to the doctor via Skype and she was able to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy. I’m just so pleased with this service. I travel to Dallas quite often and I will use this service again and again.

Maggie was excellent! Knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She arrived on time, didn’t rush the visit, explained what she was doing throughout the process. Dr Valle was terrific as well. All in all a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. And, I am a Registered Nurse.

I wish I had known about this service sooner! 24/7 service, visit is less than half the price than the other clinics that I called plus all of the treatment prices are online so you know what to expect. I needed a checkup after an accident and they met me at my job. Candace was awesome and my doctor was quick to offer her expertise and recommendations for further treatment. If the prices of the treatment seem high, think about the fact that you are paying for the convenience that they come TO YOU. I will definitely keep them in mind and I’ll be referring friends to them for their services !

Great experience. I rarely go to urgent care because of the wait and being out of the house when you feel so crummy. This was fantastic. I felt like I got excellent care and quick treatment. My MA Darrian was sweet, professional and right on time! Dr. Pallai was also just as professional and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. Thank you so much!
