I visited this facility for urgent care, and there are no words to express how disappointing the service is at this facility. I list all of the issues I experienced, would take more time than I have to write.I will share that I left feeling dejected, uncared for and frustrated. I took my business (and insurance) to NAO medical, an urgent care facility, just a few doors away from this establishment.

Save yourself the frustration, bypass this place and go to the urgent care down the block.

FYI- the positive reviews MUST be fake! this place is a joke....

The only reason this place gets any stars at all is because the wait wasn't that long.

Otherwise the receptionist literally told us "the doc won't be of much help" which is...such a weird thing to say to someone looking to get treated?

The entire front desk is extremely unprofessional. They ignore you, they remain talking to one another, on their phones. I don't care if you're on your phone when no one is there, or the office is running slow. But if the place it empty and you have one or two people, and NO ONE is at the front desk for over 10 minutes? That's just garbage work ethic.

The doctor was also super short, didn't even take time to listen to any concerns we had to prescribe the right kind of medicine that was needed.

Save your time, and your money and go elsewhere because you will not be treated with the respect, and time you deserve to be heard about being ill.

The state of medical offices today is already in a horrendous place, and this urgent care facility only adds to this and further proves the point. If you're read this at the office, do your jobs better. Attend to your patients' needs.
