Overall the store gives a feeling of dirty, disorganized and unsanitary place.
Dirty napkins all over, while employees are gossiping about each other on every corner. Lots of products are misplaced and testers are missing.
Tissue boxes are empty, so as alcohol bottles to clean hands or product before trying.
I don’t enjoy that the liquid product applicators are not removed, guests are dipping applicators after applying to their faces. Personnel leave personal water bottles all over the floor.
The restroom is very dirty.
Not a pleasant store to visit or buy from.

I went in to buy a few things and pick up my birthday gift from Ulta. The salespeople wouldn't leave me alone to look around. I finally gave in to the may I help you and asked for a shampoo. The saleswoman told me that they had a hair salon. My hair looked good. I have a hairdresser and didn't ask for salon help. I went to check out and the cashier didn't give me a chance to request the birthday item. Fortunately I hadn't been charged yet, because she then called me sweetie pie. I left. I won't put up with being patronized. You lost a customer.

I had an appointment to get my makeup done for an event i have coming up tonight and I get a call from the salon 4 hours before I’m supposed to be there canceling my appointment. They offered no help in trying to find me a different stylist or time slot to fit me in. The lady just told me to try their website to see if they have any available time slots available within the next 4 hours, which of course they don’t and neither do the other stores. This has ruined my plans. I havent had a birthday party for myself in 20 years and I finally get to have an event just for me so I was trying to make sure it all went perfectly and this has basically ruined my plans to have a perfectly beat face at my birthday party. I’ll be blaming the unprofessional nature of this store for the shitty makeup i’ll probably be sporting tonight. Never giving my money to ulta again.

I have been having my hair done by Adrian G. at the quarry Ulta for 10 to 11 years. I appreciate Adrian‘s professional opinion and the services he provides. He’s always happy. He’s always honest and respectful. I have Matured so has my hair and Adrian takes the time to make me feel better about Myself by making my hair look good. I would like to Congratulate Adrian on reaching the level of elite stylist. He’s always been elite to me!

I've gone to stylist Lora R twice now and she delivers!! Definitely found my new go-to girl! I have had so many compliments on my cut and color the last few days and I'm one happy customer! I definitely recommend booking with her!

Letty made me feel like an idiot. She was rude and condescending. As the consumer she failed to make me top priority and put me down when I didn't know the coupon policy. Her service was less than what Ulta stands for... it wasn't beautiful at all. However I do give the manger and the other ladies I interacted with 5 stars but one bad apple can spoil the rest. I will think twice about going back and I will share how Letty made me feel.

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review until now. I walked into the store stood in the pickup order line and waited for someone to assist me. An ulta worker came up to me and was very rude. She was rushing me as i was looking for the code and i told her i was looking for it on my email. She stated “okay because i have to go i just happened to be walking past you”. As an employee you are the face of the company is that the kind of image you want to give us customers?
