We got the beef quesadilla which my 6 year old LOVED. Good flavor. We also got the nachos. Fresh salsa, the carne asada was soft and not chewy. Just wish there was more than just the layer on top cause it was good. Decent portions. Cashier was kind.

What a hidden gem! The menu led me to
Believe that this was going to be betos style food. Boy was I wrong! It is so good and packed with flavor! The salsa was amazing and the chips were crisp! My 3 year old is picky with food and the quesadilla was an easy win to him. Very good!

I've been coming here for the last few months. I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner. My family and I have tried many different things on the menu and they're all delicious and a great value for the money. The service is always fast and friendly. We always are happy and full. Their homemade salsas are really great. Their Carne is always a treat whether we have it as the main, in a burrito, taco, nachos or torta. You can tell they put a lot of love into their food. We are now regular customers at least once a week.

We came here on a recommendation of a friend and now we cannot have tacos anywhere else! Better than any taco truck or restaurant in SLC. We moved to north salt lake and I would rather drive 20 minutes down here than go somewhere else! Everyone that works there is very nice and you can tell they put love in the food. 10/10 recommend to anyone! Great food at a great price! ❤️

I love this place,El Rey de oros my favorite taqueria in Utah. Love the campechana, love their tacos combinations. Served with rice and refried beans. Been a customer for the past 17 years. Love their fresh made aguas frescas. Horchata, tamarindo, and pina. Know the owner that they really take care pride and take care of their customer’s. The kitchen crew are really dedicated and passionate when preparing the delicious and succulent meals. Great place for families, I highly recommend this place. Stop by. You love it!

I can...and HAVE eaten here 4x a week at times, same meal, just delicious!!
I always do 2 sopes asada, hubs does two sopes carnitas, we both get a quesadilla, which dipped in their house salsa is AMAZING, then if they have grilled jalapenos.....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

AND Vierna (sp?) is THE nicest!!

This is our 3rd time coming to this spot and it’s never disappointed.

The food is always on point consistency has been there all 3 times. The price is also great the Taste is even better.

We have ordered tortas, tacos, sopes, burritos ?, and menudo.

Everything is so tasty and quantity is good.

They have pickled jalapeños with onions and carrots to dieeeee for!

Definitely a great spot the staff wears masks and socially distance tables.
