Silverware was dirty along with the cups.
Service was very non welcoming….

We ordered the beef fajitas which was actually good. The rice and beans were both served cold and with absolutely no flavor. Had to send both back. The happy hour price for a margarita frozen mix was $9.20 without a hint of Tequila. I really hate to complain about food because it’s a blessing however this blessing was not a tasty one. The manager tried to correct these shortcomings but you can’t do anything about the cold tasteless food. I can’t believe this place has a 4.2 rating. Are we referring to the same restaurant? I’m so done with this place.

As we walked in we were greeted and walked to our seats. Before we even sat down they accused us of being drunk. When we just got there for dinner and to order 1 drink before we head to movies. No one should be accused of being drunk if they just go there. Then to see a big flying roach made it even worse. Worst experience.

Very, very good! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with great hospitality. We were seated within a few minutes, and had a waitress come by immediately. The atmosphere was very energetic. The chips and salsa was amazing, we also ordered a small bowl of queso, and loved it. I had the Enchilada dinner and my son had the Chile Relleno, and we were both impressed. My son just moved to this area, and this was our first time here, but we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

Had been wanting to try Serrano’s for quite a while now and I was pretty happy with my first time visit! I tried their parrillada entree and the beef fajitas were pretty great! The sausage was a little
dry but it still had some good flavor. Also tried their queso con carne appetizer and I was just a tad disappointed because it just tasted just like Velveeta cheese - which didn’t taste bad! The servers were great! They were very attentive and quite pleasant. Wait time around 7pm wasn’t bad either. Just waited a few minutes. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for some beef fajitas!

WOW second time here, and was just as great as the first time! All food was hot and fresh, service was fast, waitress was sweet. It was soooo delicious! I recommend!
