I visited Sephora today with the hopes of finding the right color match for concealer and foundation. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I spent 20 minutes in the store, and not once did anyone approach me to offer assistance, despite walking through aisles where employees were standing. I was hoping for some guidance or recommendations, but instead, I felt completely ignored. It was disheartening to be in a store that prides itself on customer service and feel invisible. I left feeling sad and frustrated. I understand that stores can get busy, but it’s a Thursday morning and no one is here besides me and 3 other people. This experience has definitely made me rethink returning.

Bad (I was told "new") return policy for unopened and unused products. This was inconsistent with other return experiences I have had -
possibly new manager? They were not at all concerned with trying to help and they could see that we have previously returned things later than what they now say is their window. They could care less in their approach, which made the situation even more ick. A little shocking with a brand like Sephora. Hopefully, this was just a bad day for them.

Horrible service. All the employees were just standing around talking. I needed to exchange some make up that I had not opened yet. When I got home, it looked lighter than the one I normally wear. I went to the cash register and no one was there. Finally, someone came up and I said I needed to exchange it, but needed help with color matching. She sent someone back to help me. The girl was too lazy to try and color match. She kept trying to talk me into keeping that one I had. She literally didn’t even try. I decided to return it, which means I have to make another trip to a different place to get the foundation I need.

The male, tall, bald employed never fails to me feel less of a person. I went last week on Thursday with my two friends, were hispanic, we were in there about 30 mins because my friend was buying a Yves perfume and I brought a rare beauty contour I was even friendly with the employed that helped me to shade match me. The problem was once we were done with our purchase my friend forgot to buy something else so my other friend and I were just looking at the gift sets in the front and we spotted that rude employee eyeing us, didn't think much of it til I noticed he was discussing with the other employees while looking at us with a horrible stare. Never coming back there again because of that bald winkled up bald guy, going to stick with the new and KINDER Sephora in the heights.

Horrible experience. I walked in and was not greeted even though there were about 3/4 employees standing by the door. I walked around forever in circles trying to find what I was looking for eventually I had to pull out the Sephora app to make sure that the Ouai products I wanted was in stock since I wasn’t getting any help from any employees. I finally found it. I get in line and it’s only one cashier and she’s having a long personal conversation With the person she’s checking out, literally took forever and it had nothing to do with products or anything that would benefit Sephora sales and as I’m standing there waiting for their personal conversation to be over A older black lady walked over to the register and I’m thinking that she’s gonna open another line but she doesn’t so I put the products back and just left and drove the extra miles to Ulta.
