My experience here was amazing! My primary physician is in the office next door, but I have never been to this Urgent Care. I was seen almost immediately, and everyone was very friendly. From my admitting clerk, to nurse, to PA, my issues and comfort was of the utmost concern. I was not pushed through and was thoroughly cared for. This is not my typical experience with Urgent Care facilities. I will drive out of my way to visit this Urgent Care in the future.

I was symptomatic for 5 days, well on my way to severe bronchitis again. I have had this in the past and been very ill. I informed the Provider at this Urgent Care what Rx has helped me and what Rx was useless. She immediately ordered exactly what I needed and added a cough medicine also.
It’s been 3 days since I was seen and feel better already. Thank you so much for helping me “Nip this in the bud” before it was full blown. Very caring staff and nice exam rooms. Contagious precautions taken in waiting room. Convenient location and parking. Highly recommend Emily Miller NP.

This has been our urgent care of choice for about a year now. Service is always timely and professional. We have not had any issues with misdiagnosis as of yet, and our concerns have always been taken seriously. When medication is appropriate it is prescribed and if there are other alternatives, they are suggested.

The receptionist greeted me promptly and efficiently. I filled out the necessary paperwork and was taken for routine measurements and evaluation within 20 minutes of my arrival.
The necessary tests were performed, and I was provided the treatment I needed in a friendly safe, calm environment.

Excellent facility. I had a 9:00am appointment and was greeted kindly as I arrived, was taken back to a room basically right away, & saw the doctor very quickly. Dr. Boike was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, polite & asked me questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all, but was still out of the office within 30 minutes. The whole experience was very positive. I’m very happy with Prime Care of Novi.

Been a patient of Prime Care for over 20 years and was thrilled when they opened this Urgent Care next door. They do a fantastic job! Wait is usually reasonable and the staff is awesome.
