My first time here since moving from San Antonio. Everyone was so nice, respectful, and thorough. Wonderful experience! My dental hygienist, Angie, was very kind as well.
They all definitely calmed my nerves. Thanks to all the staff!

I can tell you my first visit was a treat. I wasn't expecting the hospitality from the front desk and a small cozy waiting room. Their office small and quaint with people who carry themselves like experts. I was particular impressed with Agnes who asked questions I was never asked by my previous dentist or his assistants. She's a brilliant worker great at getting to the bottom of things. Dr. Jaetzold talks to you locked in eye to eye. Trustworthy and I was confident he knew what he was talking about. I have been going through hell for the past 3 months and I should have been healed already. I've finally made a lot of progress in one visit. Actually 3 months worth. I feel caught up but this definitely will be a journey, but I think with this team I'll get to the end of journey happy and satisfied with the outcome. I pray they keep up the good work.

Came in for a cleaning and checkup. All the staff was very friendly, efficient, and professional! My hygienist was Valerie and she was super nice and had very helpful tips. Doctor Jay was also very nice and helpful with his information. Thank you everyone!

As a very anxious individual, I felt more comfortable in this office than I have anywhere else. I was welcomed with open arms immediately as I had some issues going on. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and let me know it’s ok to not be okay when I was a bit emotional. I’m more appreciative of that than anything. I will absolutely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office setting.

I am so grateful I found North Tarrant Dental Care to be my dental provider! I had just moved to the area and was needing to find a dentist—not just for my regular check ups, but I also just had a crown break. I had reached out to several local dental offices (of which I have yet to hear back from), they called me back immediately and got me scheduled for the next day. Dr. J and his staff are amazing! They also have extended hours—evening and weekend appointments available. So grateful to have a dental office that truly has my best interest with my dental health at heart!

Dr. Jaetzold is a very good dentist. He explains all the options fully and always takes times to answer questions. I used to see him in the Arlington office but since he moved to North Tarrant, I moved to this office too.
