Do not use their gift wrapping!!! Looks like a 3 yo wrapped this gift! Called to speak to someone and told no longer have customer service. They CHARGED my husband for this. We are on our way to a wedding and now will have to stop
For wrapping paper and wrap in the car! Ridiculous!

Great people work here. They were very kind, and helpful when I visited the store.
Many of them loved me and said that I was the best at my job. I worked right outside of Nieman Markus every day for 5 weeks.
Mimi worked in the Perfume department and she always had a beautiful smile.

Up stairs on the 3rd floor was the greatest selection of Christmas decorations I have ever seen. It was fantastic!

They have a great selection of high end clothing and accessories for everyone.

Fragrance department, rude staff and clearly have not read their own return policies! Refused to allow me to return a fragrance that I purchased last week because the plastic was off. Never used or anything, I looked up the return policies myself and it states that even opened items can be returned! I shop at Neiman Marcus ALL THE TIME and I used my card to pay for this item. Never returned anything and this one time I run into an issue. Never going to this location again

The most gorgeous Christmas experience.
It's like walking into a fairy tale.
The music has everyone smiling and dancing through the store.
The Christmas trees are beautifully decorated with the most unique ornaments and holidays gifts.
Olga was so friendly and helpful.
We had our own personal shopper.

I drove 2 hours to visit this store. My wife and I live in a rural area and I rarely have the opportunity to shop in person somewhere that has the selection of fragrances this store does. I could not walk 3 feet without a salesperson imposing their presence on me. Literally handing me off to the next person as soon as I turned a direction. Not listening to me when I said I wasn’t interested in what they were actually pushing in my face!!! I explained to two different people that I was looking for specific NEW releases from specific houses. I might as well have been speaking to a wall. One even picked an argument because she wasn’t familiar with her own companies products. That was the Creed counter. Never again.

I have always loved Neiman and have been a customer for over 20 years and mostly shop at Northpark mainly for selection. I want to like the Willow Bend store but the service more specifically Alan keeps me from shopping there consistently. I shop online again for a broader selection and occasionally need to return and WB is the closest to my home. Today per usual I walk in to do a return and it was not busy and Alan has his head down on his cellphone. A manager had to pull him over to do the return and his body language is always "why are you bothering me?" and as I placed the return on the counter he said "Can you take it out of the box for me? Really, are you that lazy SMH...

I was swarmed like sharks at the Sisley cosmetic counter at Willow bend mall at Neimans. My husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday. We went to the Sisley counter and i was excited to try this makeup that I had never heard of before made in France. I told them that I'd be in on Tuesday to pick it up. The things I pre-ordered. When I got to the store the worker was upstairs starting to mail things to me that I did not order! From another brand! I never left the Sisley counter yet I ended up with a $140 dollar bottle of sunscreen which I never had even seen and I'm allergic to sunscreen! Plus a $110 bottle of rose water setting spray! No! I didn't order that either! And told them I'd pick it up and not to mail it to me. I was confused at the $800 plus order. They distracted me with freebies (plus I'm suffering with pain at moment so i am in a wheelchair) and gifts with purchases, talking too much at me etc. Totally ripping me off for their commission! It was hell trying to return the items because they didn't want to lose the commission. I had to call Neimans customer service to dispute the incident and get my money back. The worker for Sisley kept sending me rude texts demanding i send her a picture of the receipt using exclamation points. Like this !!!!! I was in the hospital and couldn't. I told her that but she kept on with rude texts. The representative of Sisley actually lied to me selling me plain concealer when I asked for under eye color corrector to hide dark circles. She told me it was the item I asked for but it was not. The base makeup costing $275 is the wrong color and they would not take it back nor exchange it for the right one. They are very dishonest and I'll never shop at Neimans again. They are too greedy and lie. Plus adding things to my purchase that I'd never buy in the first place. They pretend to be nice and festive but it's only a distraction. They need to be fired or at least talked to about it with being reprimanded for their dishonesty. Basically stealing from me and my husband's generosity. I went to another store and bought Clinique and Estee Lauder! I got a ton of makeup for a fraction of the over priced Sisley! Sisley is totally overrated! The makeup i bought from another store is amazing and way better than Sisley. Never Neimans again. It was a horrible experience. It makes me cringe looking back. I can see the "dishonest car salesmen" in their eyes. I bought Estee Lauder, Clinique and Lancome for half that price because of the blockbusters that they sell this time of year. Clinique makes my face like silk! Sisley and their people are fake. Over priced and a disgusting display of greed. Good bye Neimans! They call it "needless markup" for a reason.
