This Union is the absolute best. Been with them for 4 years. All aspect of the banking experience is good, from residential mortgages to commerical ones. Their financial advisors are also excellent. A big change from dealing with banks. These guys are really responsive to client needs.

Credit unions are the way to go for your banking needs. Honestly you cannot beat the customer service, I know that unlike the big banks you can't reach someone 24/7 but the actual care factor is what sets these institutions apart. If you are a half ways decent planner that isn't going to have a money issue twice a week at 12 am these guys will save you in fees and pay you back in customer service.

Peter Mastromattei, is so hard to get in contact with... I don't recommend I been asking for estimate for my payment for the whole year and he is no where to be found. I have called him and email him and never calls back or email back.

Doesn't let me reply to your comment but im not on record because it's for my mother who is not able to speak English.. I have also contact myself and nothing seems to be resolved.

She has also emailed with no response..

In the last several years my experience has been extremely positive, especially with our Financial advisor Peter Mastromattei. Always looking out for my family's best interest and financial stability.
