The staff was very good and organized. I walked in and saw the doctor within 15 minutes. I had a terrible cold that would not go away which turned out to be more serious and was given antibiotics. The doctor was very thorough and informative. I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Today, Monday, April 4, I went to this facility because I was feeling very unwell; I had palpitations due to a situation I am currently experiencing. Instead of finding comfort, going to this place only made things worse. The people at the front desk were very kind, as was the nurse, but the doctor, without even examining me, was extremely rude from the start just because I was crying. She entered very rudely, yelled at me, and then slammed the door. When I told my husband that I wanted to leave and didn’t want to see her after waiting a while, she came back into the outer room and spoke rudely to me again.

I have a business, and my clients mean everything to me. Imagine a patient like me, who went seeking help and instead received mistreatment. I have brought my daughter here before, and with other doctors, this has never happened. I believe no facility should have someone with such a lack of professionalism. I truly recommend that NO ONE should ever go to this place! I know that I, at least, will never return.

This is a sad excuse for an urgent care. Couldn’t recommend this place any less. I’ll start with my first experience. Went in for an Xray of my clavicle. The young girl at the front told me they had an Xray machine. There were only 3 people in front of me and I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours to be seen because of course they only have one “doctor” and nurse working there. And I quote doctor because when she finally saw me she didn’t even present herself as a doctor. She introduced herself by her first name… what doctor does that? When I finally get called in, I tell the “doctor” I need an Xray and she says their Xray machine isn’t working and they don’t have an Xray technician regardless. Needless to say, I was misinformed by the employees who unaware of their own workplace equipment and I wasted 2 and a half hours sitting there. As soon as the doctor told me there was no way to get an Xray done I left. Of course they wouldn’t allow me to join the waitlist unless I paid upfront, so as I was leaving I asked for a receipt of the voided payment. The boy at the front, (bc it seems the have a hiring age limit) told me he voided my payment but there was no receipt he could provide me with that had proof of the cancellation, so silly me decided to trust his word. A week later I receive a bill in the mail from MDnow and a receipt from my insurance of them billing my insurance $700!!!!
THIS PLACE IS A ROBBERY. GO TO BAPTIST URGENT CARE at 2660 Brickell Ave. It is an extra 10 min drive but the care at Baptist is exceptional. I waited 10 minutes to be seen and actually received proper care.
These people are an insult to all other urgent cares.

This place is always clean, the staff friendly, and efficient. Love the convenience and the printed explanations afterward. The doctor (Padron) and the nurse (Maria) were patient with all my questions. Both with a very pleasant personality.

I took a family member to MD Now Urgent Care . It was a great experience with kind and friendly staff, excellent medical team and all done in good time.

Today was not supposed to be like this. I was unaware of the full process to complain simple drug test for work. The staff K. J. heard my frustration and answered me with unsolicited comments. It was not appreciated at all and this we people hate coming to clinic HORRIBLE BEDSIDE manner.

When a customer is upset don’t make the outcome worst I haven’t even seen the other staff yet but based off of her comments and stank attitude I will never come back her for a screening let alone care for me if I was sick.

La verdad fue un placer absoluto ser recibido y atendido por FD Galia en un lugar tan agradable y limpio, desde que abres la puerta el olor del lugar te transmite una sensación de bienestar sin igual. I’m not a bot. This place genuinely takes care of you so fast. I was in and out in 45 mins. Great care and compassion shown by the staff. Definitely will be making a return there, hopefully not though lol
