Me and my mom went into the store a few days before Christmas and the lady in there named Jessica was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond for us. She not only shipped multiple pieces to my home in Idaho, she also secretly set some things aside without my mom seeing and held them in the store for me until I could pick them up. The store held our purchases in the store while we did the rest of our shopping. When we returned to pick it all up she had gift wrapped and the organized the items. It was a great experience! We move this store!

Jessica was such a big help when I visited the store earlier this week! I’m normally an online shopper but decided to stop in the store. The ENTIRE team was kind, polite and helpful but Jessica went above and beyond to answer my questions and talk about the different products I was looking for.

I noticed I had a missed call from the store and called back worried I had forgotten something, but they let me know they forgot to give me my free gift with my purchase - and I didn’t even know that I qualified for a free gift. I think it speaks to the integrity and ethics of their team knowing that they could have just let it slide as I live about an hour away, but they went above and beyond to make sure I got what I qualified for. I had the chance to speak with Elizabeth who buttoned up the details to ensure my gift is delivered to my home instead of having to drive back to Orlando! Thank you all for a great experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

Side note: store was pristine, clean, inviting and again, ALL of the associates were so kind, I just ended up talking with Jessica the most.

(Posting from my husbands account) The women at Le Creuset are beyond helpful! I attended FTT sale and prior to going and after returning I went into the store to see what pieces I would like to invest in and at the tail end to find out what I received in my mystery box. They were very supportive, kind, and excited to help me and my mom both navigate this brand that is new to us! I have probably called them five times asking them for advice and they have never shied away from offering support! If you’re lucky enough to meet Alyssa and Jessica, you’ll be in great hands! I even went back and purchased a gift for my mom from them!

I was blown away by the level of professionalism and customer service. Special shout out to the assistant manager, Sherlayn (Sherlyn) she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She had reached out to the warehouse to get my replacement order and to get the same color of my stockpot. I have never experienced this level of customer service before, they were very friendly and very helpful! I will definitely come back to shop in this store again. I HIGHLY recommend Le Creuset, specifically in International Dr Orlando Florida to everyone. Thank you so much again Sherlayn, I was very impressed with the level of your professionalism!

Very sweet employees and as always quality cookware! The only bad part is the outlet parking and Le Creuset has nothing to do with that. Great selections with great deals!
