I wish I had read these reviews before we took our Dodge Ram here. We don’t usually take our vehicles to dealers due to multiple bad service in the past. Seeing as how the problem seemed bigger this time we decided to give this dealer a chance. We were told it would take 2 days to do a diagnosis and so we had to drop the vehicle off early. So we got there at 8 AM when they opened and dropped it off with arrangements made to not have it till maybe Monday. Not even a hour later they called us to tell us the vehicle was ready. We asked what was done and they just told us what needed to be changed and how much it would be. We asked about the first things we were concerned about, which we explained to our advisor at drop off and which he assured it would all be looked at, but was not. This was the main reason for us taking the vehicle in. The vehicle had multiple codes and they said well there is nothing we can do about those, we need to fix this first then go from there. We wanted to speak to our advisor to get better information but he wasn’t available and apparently couldn’t be bothered to return either of our calls. We were told we could pick the vehicle up by 7. When we arrived there no one knew anything, our advisor and the “only” Diesel tech they have were both gone and all we had was notes in the system that said the one part had to be changed and nothing else there was no notes on what was actually done and how good of a diagnosis was done in less then an hour but they still took 270 for us to have the same information we all ready knew when we walked in. I contacted the customer rep at the dealership and she was nice in listening to my concerns but said she would speak to her service manager whom coincidentally just went on break and get back to me. I have yet to hear back from anyone.

All the personnel in The Lakeland Dodge were very nice and treated me with respect and professionalism, Elija, Zack and Stacy on the contract department took the time and effort to find me the best deal option and lower payment on my new 2022 Dodge Challenger RT. It was my second option to trade in my former vehicle, and it was the Best Buy experience in years and am from Bradenton Fl (it was worth the trip) I didn’t get what originally I wanted but still they found me a second option and I loved it, the way they explained everything it was easy to understand and I was out very quickly, their sales department really fought for me and give me a Veteran treatment, overall all I’ll recommend them for your car shopping experience. They really work with you to find the vehicle of your dreams, am very happy and I appreciate all what they did for me. I advise anyone to go and check their car lot or find them on the Market place on Facebook, you will not regret to go to them.

Let me start off by saying the salesman Fred was wonderful, professional and incredibly helpful. That’s where the pro’s end.

Con’s: We came in to look at a vehicle that unfortunately was no longer available, while they made arrangements to find me the vehicle I was looking for, I was transparent about my credit & the pricing/ down payment I was looking for. The manager is incredibly aggressive, knowing what my score and situation is, asked if I was looking to commit that day to make a purchase. My boyfriend spoke up and said today’s visit was to see if we like the vehicle and we were not ready to commit. The manager then said what if he can make my required terms happen (no more than $2,000.00 down and no more than $350.00 a month). So I decided to submit my credit to be pulled. Just to play the cat and mouse game, telling me they’ll need $4.000-$4,500.00 down, then to change it to $5,000.00 down. While that was more than what I was willing to put down I decided it will be for the car I want, so my boyfriend called and ask if we do the $5,000.00 down how much the monthly payments would be just to be told they will be just under $600.00 a month! I was clear from the start I could not afford more than $400.00 a month. They completely disregarded my needs! I am so disappointed with this process! Being lead on by the manager and the dealership for 3 days is crazy knowing I need a vehicle sooner rather than later. The manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This was the first time I was at this dealership and it certainly will be my last! I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

The customer service was incredible, and they helped us to find what we wanted without the added pressure of getting upgrades or vehicles outside of our budget. A huge shoutout to Stephanie Pena, she helped us both find our dream vehicle and treated us like friends and not just customers.
