I had posted a not so great review based on customer service earlier today. Little did I know how wrong I was. I had placed an order and did not receive my full order. When I emailed the company their response went to spam and for some reason was not coming up when I searched the company name in my email. This arrived today just hours after my poor review. I couldn't be happier to have been so wrong! So sorry that I jumped to the wrong conclusion and thought I was being dismissed. Thank you for the fast response in handling the situation (that I missed) and the lovely handwritten note.

My husband is retired military and I have had coffee from around the world. I love trying different roasted coffee flavors and I am pretty picky about my coffee. I sampled La Crema Banana Nut Bread from Hobby Lobby last fall and went to every hobby lobby within an hour drive to keep buying more. I have tried other brands of banana nut bread but this company does it the best. I can no longer find it at Hobby Lobby but luckily the small business has online ordering and will ship.

I purchased this coffee from Hobby Lobby. I told my mom, I hope it taste good...well I have to say it does. This is my first time having this coffee brand and I am not disappointed. The flavor of the cinnamon cookie that come thru, but not too strong. It is just right. I am glad I purchased it.

Their team doesn't know how to read shipping instructions & ships regular USPS, when I paid $20 extra to get it to me in 2 days..they ruined our coffee time at the beach..and, I still haven't gotten my refund..new owner's Quality Control team needs to learn how to read & be accurate with their orders..this may be my last order from them..

I went to a flea market and bought the buckeye penaut butter coffee and I loved it!!! But what I really really loved was the chai tea it almost tasted like coffee I can't explained the taste but it was the greatest chai tea ive ever tasted!! Me and my husband loved it we are definitely going to stock up on it!!! I didn't find the chai tea on the website I did find a few that look different that say chai tea i hope its the same one cuz I'm in love with the taste!!! Definitely going to try more of their coffees!! I highly recommend if y'all want good quality coffee that actually wakes you up in the morning way way way better than Starbucks!!

Grabbed some of their coffee from hobby lobby. Very disappointed with the dark roast. The dark roast is more of a medium roast. Doesn't have as much caffeine as they claim. Its hard to find a good dark roast. What a shame.
