This is about click list pickup and delivery.

Absolutely abysmal quality. I've never had a delivery that didn't have a damaged item. I don't know who bags this stuff but they are terrible at their job. Who puts boxes and a pound of cashews in with the bread? My bread is smashed. The bags are always ripped because they're overfilled. It's never delivered at the time they say. The pickup can be just as bad. Items are bagged with zero thought behind it and half the time they stack heavy things on top of more sensitive items when they toss it in your trunk. My delivery today was also missing nearly 20 items. How does that even happen?

Look, I'm not trying to be difficult. Truly. I get that nothing is perfect but consistent issues are unacceptable. This location really needs to take a look at who is bagging and HOW they are bagging.

A few staff members need to be sensitive and respectful of people of color and religion. Let me be clear. Been coming here many years. It used to be very friendly back in the day and we are coming towards an election. I get it. A few bad apples tarnish the reputation and pride of a great location. If you want to live in 1812 that's fine. Don't work in Texas at a retail store that has all walks of life and thousands of immigrant IT professionals who work hard for their money to spend it at your location from a 100 other stores in a 5 mile radius. Just quit and and don't come to a job and vent your frustration on me. I don't give a damn and I need my supplies.Their used to me other multicultural employees. I don't see them anymore. Hint. Tribalism? Nationalism ?

I enjoy going to this Kroger because of a few select employees that always are so friendly & take the time to say hello & ask how I am doing. One in particular is Jane, I am a late night shopper & I always enjoy talking to Jane while I am checking out. She is so helpful & knowledgeable. Kroger, she is an asset to your business & should be promoted! Sometimes customers are very rude at the checkout (I have personally witnessed this) & more or less verbally attack your associates. Particularly the night crew because they have to communicate over the intercom (per their leadership) starting at midnight the store will begin closing & to ensure the customers allow enough time to checkout their groceries before the system shuts down at 1am. The problem the night crew continually deals with is backlash from customers arguing that is not fair since the store claims to close at 1am therefore should allow time beyond 1am to complete checkout.

This is not your staff's fault it is a corporate decision to rush customers out of the store & to leave them without proper support to field complaints that late at night. There have literally been customers in the middle of checking out that could not pay for their purchase because of the system shutting down, there by loosing revenue for Kroger because often they do not return the next day to complete their purchase.

Regardless, I have learned to checkout on time and while it doesn't impact me I just wanted to take a moment to report how excellent your staff is running the store at night. Special call outs going beyond Jane as well, to the night shift associates Paul & Deborah as well as a super sweet tall and thin Hispanic gentleman who I believe is the stocking supervisor (I think his name is Julio). Last night my Dad's electric cart stopped working. He stopped what he was doing & went and got him another one. Such a kind & thoughtful thing to do & we really appreciated that!

Kroger Prosper, all of these great employees deserve recognition!

This is a review for 10/21/24. Our pickup order was marked as complete before we even picked it up. Then we got a replacement order, which they manage to have 2 missing items, gave me a box of strawberries that are half missing, and broken eggs. I spoke to Kroger and they say they’re only responsible for taking it out. So question is who took out my first order when I didn’t get it? And then where do the shoppers put the meat items because it’s just missing? Something is wrong with this pickup system.

After 10pm and the self check cashier, older lady with a bob haircut( brunette) is not greeting customers as they walk in including myself but standing at the podium eating a sandwich with no shame. I’m sure they have a break room for this nonsense. Very unprofessional. Very unfriendly any time I see her. Even if it’s slow be professional at all times.

Customer service is bad . Went to the store and all my digital and all clipped coupons were gone so I can’t get my free stuff . So I asked her to return some items , and honer the digital coupons because the internet not working and I can’t clip these coupons again , so I been told NO they don’t do that so I try tried explain to her that it’s still loading but she keeps telling me that they don’t do that , it’s a Kroger policy. I told her that I’m a Kroger employee and I know the policy too and it’s not true so at the end I did return all the products because I can’t clip them and she has not been helpful at all. Customer service employee Jane rolling her eyes when I ask her to call for a manager, and she did not call the manager.

Next time when I come into Kroger I better not hear anyone yelling into that intercom phone screaming inaudible words and music. I wanted to leave after only 5 minutes of nonstop “whooo hooo”, but humans need food to live. Anyone coming to this Kroger should bring headphones or earplugs.

Kroger hates their customers. This all started when they made you unload the cart. Now, you are the unloader AND the bagger trying to pace with a cashier that is incented to scan groceries at lightening speed – they can scan groceries a whole lot faster than you can do these things while also paying for it. And when you don’t bag your groceries fast enough because it causes their performance to decline, you’ll get the look (or they will start scanning the next customer’s groceries and send them crashing into yours). Worse yet, some of them will purposely drag their feet bagging what’s left so you largely finish the job.
Suggestion: Learn how to bag and reload your cart real fast or wait for HEB to open up three miles down the road (which is what I’m doing). You can also use Brookshires in Celina which is great and does all the things Kroger won’t.
