Cashiers stop working at 8pm and the self-checkout is the only option with 3 cashiers all over watching that area…

Do I get a discount for doing the job? Why not; I shouldn’t have to work for the store as a substitute cashier and pay full price…. You owe us all back pay on those hourly wages Kroger.

Kevin informed me that the “store manager” is the one who decides that it cost too much to pay employees vs self checkout. I’m sorry that you have to go through this Kevin and, all of you other cashiers. It was obvious that they wanted to help, but were not allowed to turn on their registers.

I’m happy to see employees and such good spirits at such a bad time

I’ll just order online and use the fine print in my favor.

At the self checkout at Kroger on Tarrant and Rufe Snow the price came up different than the advertised sign on 4 items. It happens to me all the time here. So I always take pictures of the sale signs so I can have a quick easy way for the clerk to correct it. I don’t think I’ve ever not had to dispute a price on a sale when shopping here.

This time they called the manager over who started arguing with me about how it was the wrong item even though it’s very clearly marked. “Boneless Skinless chicken breast $4.99/lb.” It rang up $10.99 for 2lbs. (It’s a dollar who cares… but you should honor the price advertised)

The manager couldn’t have been ruder about it. So I decided to leave my items there and go to another grocery store instead just because of the attitude this manager was giving me.

As I walked out the store manager told me “we don’t want your business here anyways sir.”

No problem. You won’t get it.

Very disappointing experience with the Pharmacy. My son had two prescriptions sent to this location at 6:35p, the pharmacy closes at 8p. When I got there at about 7:00p, I was told by the staff that they didn't have time to fill the prescriptions since they close in an hour.

I asked them to send the prescription to CVS up the street which was open until 9p. They said they couldn't send it and I would need to have the pharmacy call them. I got to the CVS at 7:15, spoke with the staff at CVS, and they said they would call over and get the prescription faxed. An hour later I got a call from CVS that the staff at the Kroger didn't answer and they never got the prescription sent from Kroger.

Really disappointing and unprofessional.

Here is my one gripe that seems to be shared by all the deli dept's including the one from this store. I come in to buy what everyone considers to be pretty expensive Boars Head cold cuts and give specifics on how I want it cut (VERY THIN or #2 ON THE DIAL) It seems to me that your "MEATRISTAS", if that is what you call the personnel who are handling your meats don't understand simple instructions. Please get it right or find the personnel that get it right. I'm done asking, just remind yourselves as I'm doing to you that there are other stores that can provide me with these items and any others that you may sell for ex. Walmart, Tom Thumb, Aldi's, Winn Dixie, Sprouts & HEB

Always out of food that is on sale and when you scan their digital coupons, it never recognizes the barcode or says it is expired when there is not a date or a date that hasn't passed yet. If you do not pay attention to what rings up and what is actually taken off at the end, you will end up paying full price for discounts. Or you will have to spend 15 minutes or more waiting for them to verify and fix it. I've posted pictures of some of the items for this week that do it.

It's a shame that, though I've shopped here for years, they've suddenly adopted a policy of not allowing coupons. For those of us who are diligent in collecting/saving, I was told it was "unethical" to use more than one freebie coupon by the female manager of the store. I love the employees there but she was disappointing.

Went to buy lunch meat and the produce lady said to come back in 30 min. When we came back it was a different person and he said that it would be another 30 min wait… annoyed at this point so we left cause waiting in a store for an hour is crazy. We came back the next day at 7 and the guy had already closed an Hour early. I’m not one to complain but on top of this every time we go the self check out guy that’s there is more worried about his phone than helping when it’s needed.

Poor customer service. Customer service desk is open till 8. Came in to get my car registration. They closed the desk early at 5:30. I asked why and if someone can help. They said no she’s on a lane for the rest of the night. Can she not finish with her transaction and then help me for 5 minutes then go back to the lane?
