I have never been a Kohl’s shopper until today. I had no idea they carried so many things! I was politely greeted upon entering. I went in for one item, but it turns out, it was only sold online. I decided to look around since I was already there. They have name brand items and lots in stock. I got 2 pets sweaters, 2 scarves, 5 tops, 2 pair of pants, 1 pair of jeans and a pair of shoes for $161.38 PLUS $20 “Kohl’s cash” to use on my next visit! Very impressed with their sales and service. The dressing rooms need some attention. There were lots of dust bunnies on the floor. It makes it hard to stand on the floor with so much dust. Gross! Other than that, my shopping day was great.

I came here to do an Amazon return. The experience was great for the most part - the staff greeted me warmly as I walked in and the Amazon return person was nice and quick.

The only negative was the check out line took forever. The cashier was not very fast and there was only one of them. They should either get a self-checkout or get more cashiers.

I’ve been coming to return Amazon items and It’s only fair to update my review. I see a big improvement in this store, from a Sephora store to nicer selection of items. Store always looks clean and organized but I give only 4 stars because I do agree with other reviews regarding customer service. I’ve encountered sweet and happy employees but I’ve also encountered not very nice ones.

Horrible customer service! I needed to return a pair of shoes that were brand new but I accidentally bought in the wrong size. The lady at the customer service was so rude and condescending. Additionally, I was not given the full refund of the money I spent on the brand new shoes I returned. Never again will I buy ANYTHING at any Kohls!

Aggressively tried to sell me a Kohl's credit card after I repeatedly said no. Then tried to sell me a rewards card, which I repeatedly said no to again. She then started signing me up for a rewards card anyways, hoping I wouldn't notice. When I hit decline, she cancelled the transaction and told me she would not honor my coupon unless I signed up. It had been several minutes at this point, so I just reluctantly signed up because the line was getting long.

After all that, the cashier still didn't let me use my coupons. I'd avoid going here, just shop online if you need to.

Excellent customer service! The girls at the cash register truly cared to make conversation and learn a little something about every customers purchase. Making sure they had a pleasant shopping experience. Way to go!
