The food was good, for me and my mother we shared cheese curds and some wings the wings were okay they are the personal sauce that they make it just didn't hit the spot for me but for the cheese curds they were soft and amazing! Also for the valcano eruption it's cool but the sounds were horrible as if the speaker is super old

Everyone was so sweet at this location. We had an issue with our seating and they resolved it quickly without us feeling uncomfortable. The atmosphere was good as well, all the fun decor, the live music, the balloon art, and the volcano warnings really kept us entertained. Also, the food was DELICIOUS!! I really enjoyed the Jerk Chicken Pasta! I recommend that dish to everyone🤗

I visited this place at Citywalk and were pleasantly surprised. The sitting areas are large both indoor and outdoors. A live duo band added a nice flair to the environment. The food was fresh and tasty, despite the small portions. The prices were high but expected for Universal and the tourist area. The service was fast and the servers courteous. Overall good experience.

Food was excellent. Service...not so much. He may have just been having a bad night, but it was a mess. It took forever for him to greet us, so when he got to our table we went ahead and ordered drinks and our dinner. He didn't write down anything and I was wondering if he was going to remember it...and he didn't. He had to come back a little while after and ask us for our order again. Food came out and everything was delicious. The burgers were spectacular. I had a perfect margarita and it was just that--Perfect. The Cuban sandwich and bang bang shrimp were excellent. Then to end our meal our waiter mixed up our bills and charged our card to another table. The manager came out to tell us it would be removed and that was it.... I figured he would at least offer something besides an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" for someone mixing up our bills. He had several in his hand, so I'm sure two other tables were pissed too... especially the one who got our bill! I would go back for the food because it was great and just hope service gets better.

First off, we arrived at 6:50 for our reservation at 7:00 and did not get seated until almost 8 pm. While on a regular day, we wouldn't have cared, we had a toddler who's used to eating at 7. Usually, they fall asleep while eating but this time we had to stand around waiting. While being taken to our table, we saw a whole dining room empty (on a Saturday Evening). While being seated, our toddler was struggling to sit still, no doubt from the hunger. We had no snacks and did not think we'd wait an hour for our reservation.

Several times people came up to offer help. One worker brought us fries but it was too late. The toddler went into a full meltdown and the last resort was to let him tire himself out. Imagine to our surprise when after 15 minutes of waiting for our server, she arrived. The first thing we asked for was Apple juice. We stressed it while ordering our water, fountain drinks, and 1 cocktail.

After waiting a few more minutes we finally got ALL our drinks, except the Apple Juice... our toddler was still mid-meltdown. We told our waitress again we needed the Apple Juice and she walked away, unsure if she heard us. A few minutes later she came back with the cocktail... at this point, we were done. We wanted to leave. She stands on the side with the 2 minors and leans over them, barely reaching the person who orders the cocktail. The youngest one trying to help reaches out his hand and is met with a stern "No". After he tries to help again, she shakes her head and says "Don't touch the glass." Yet there is space behind the person who ordered it but she chooses to reach across the table. My mother-in-law had to stand up to grab the drink. It's been 30 minutes since we've been seated and we've only just got our drinks and no food. The toddler is still screaming.

Finally, 45 minutes after being seated, she asked if we were ready to order. We again told her that we needed the Apple Juice and 2 orders of Volcano Nachos Surpeme (which we've gotten before and was delicious) and again the Apple Juice...

After some time, instead of bringing the Apple Juice before the food, a different waitress brought us our food and the drink... at this point, we were toward the end of the toddler meltdown, while I understood the meltdown made everyone annoyed, uncomfortable, or angry. This did not affect us because we knew the reason and no one was helping. We ordered the Apple Juice and stressed the importance of it!

We understand being short-staffed but at 8 pm, having no waitresses on a Saturday/Weekend and a whole dining room empty while there was a long wait outside is unacceptable. This waitress did not act professionally even catching her roll her eyes several times as we ordered. We were a party of 7 including the toddler. They add an 18% gratuity and if that wasn't the case, we wouldn't have left anything. We enjoyed our Nachos, the toddler fell asleep and we left after paying. We were VERY unhappy with the service and saw several waiters standing around while we were still waiting for our Juice. Again... we stressed the urgency!

Would not recommend going here.

Unfortunately, Margaritaville at CityWalk was a letdown. The food managed to be both bland and overly salty - quite the culinary achievement! The menu was small and limited, and the prices were steep for what you get. It feels like they’re more interested in cashing in on hungry park-goers than providing a worthwhile dining experience. To top it off, the service was slow, making the whole experience even more disappointing. Maybe it’s 5 o’clock somewhere, but this ain’t it.

Nachos were a good choice, comes in a pile but had good stuff on it.

Fish taco breading tastes like funnel cake. Wasn’t too bad, I’d order it again.

Blueberry lemon margarita was pretty good, had 2. Neat that they have a margarita flight, everyone else seemed to enjoy that.
