Went to the local J Crew outlet, just looking around, and the associate Stephanie, asked if I needed help. Before I blinked she had an armful of items for me to try on, and a dressing room all ready. Needless to say I bought just about everything. What a great experience. Definitely going back for the spring cloths

I was a first timer buying a suit on a budget for an important interview. Jeanine (apologies if I've misspelled her name) was extremely helpful both on the phone and in-store! She helped me stay within my $400 budget while still finding me a very satisfactory well-fitting suit, dress shirt, and tie. Since the store didn't carry the charcoal grey I was looking for, she ordered it online for me. All of my questions were answered, even the ones about what kind of dress shirt was most appropriate for the specific profession to which I am applying, and I had an ideal customer service experience. I have no buyers remorse!

Horrible customer service. I found a sweater, at clearance section, with price tag $99. I brought it over to the counter to check the price because the store is advertising additional 50% off on clearances. Without checking the price, the sale clerk told me "price as mark", with an attitude like I'm annoying her with my stupid question. Disappointed but I still brought the sweater back to put it on the shelf of the clearance section where I found it. I used to work at retails and I know it's just a courtesy a customer can do just to feel like you're a nice customer, that's all. The same clerk who didn't want to check the price for me, yelled out to me from across the store if I could find a "hanger" for the sweater, as though I worked for her. Excuses me, Jcrew does not pay me to keep its stores open. It's the other way around. This is THE LAST TIME I visit this store.

Apparently they close their doors when they want, not when posted... Just step in the door at 8:30 pm on May 20th, the girl (Ali) said " we are closing at 9 pm". What the heck wrong with these people? Are you really don't want we shop here or what? If you don't want our business then just close the door then. You don't have to tell us what time you are going to close.

Typical J Crew, expect for some seriously poor customer service (from more than one employee, too). Just left after waiting in line for 5 minutes at one register, only to be told that we needed to join another line because we weren't in an "actual line" (along with several other shoppers)... That would have been nice to know prior to then. Taking our $ elsewhere. Skip this location, associates there are awful.

First time visit to JCrew during Thanksgiving and loved their collection for Men's. I skipped buying from Express this time because the collection was too good, definitely coming here again.

came by to get new clothing for a friend. I think the cuts at jcrew works well for slim figures. very simple, straight-forward styles that's pretty easy to pair.
