Poor stock of men's clothing sizes laid out in a confusing manner, many items missing tags describing their fit, sales associates who I practically had to beg to assist me, and all in a very dated "hipster warehouse" space that clashes with J.Crew's preppy upmarket brand. I didn't find the cheap moving blankets being used as changing room curtains charming. Go to literally any other J.Crew location.

Have you ever had an experience where you have to tell someone/everyone? Well I'm telling the staff in this store here is freaking AMAZING!!! they help you find any and everything!!! I went to pickup a little gold bag and walked out with two shopping bags!!! J.Crew have the best Crew... Wythe Ave!!!

A JCrew store that feels unlike others you’ve encountered. Keyed into the neighborhood, boasting decorations from local artists. Easy to navigate and with generous dressing rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.

I usually do not enjoy shopping for clothes but when I come to this store, I really enjoy shopping and it feels comfortable. Pretty much because the staff is so friendly and helpful! On multiple occasions I’ve even had help styling and picking things out that have become some of my most favorite items in my wardrobe.

I wish more stores and staff were as nice as they are here. J crew, making the world a brighter place one sale at a time ?

Really nice people in here. I came in for a return after a really hard workout and was kinda sweaty and the woman was like don’t even worry! Super nice and it’s really appreciated. Also great styles for 2024

Love the staff at Williamsburg J. Crew, they are always willing to go in the back and look for sizes. Best J. Crew! Very well laid out store but wish it were larger to have more items.

Cat was an absolute legend!!! I came by on a Sunday afternoon, they were super busy with plenty of rude customers (why you got to be that way people?! just be a decent human!) but the whole staff was holding it down like absolute lovely pros. Everyone was kind and very helpful. I had some returns and exchanges but everything worked out perfect, thanks to Cat and the whole crew!

The sales ladies were helpful. The Cashmere sweaters were on sale and had beautiful choices to pick from. They were professional and eager to assist. They were courteous. The store had many choices of clothing to pick from and bright colors. Their layout was spacious. I would return to J.Crew and share their location with my friends.
