Honestly, kind of a funny experience. We went in January so there was a grand total of 4 of us in the shop, and I'm pretty sure just one person working the entire place. Maybe 20 degrees is not the normal ice cream weather ?.
Ahem, anyways, the service was great. I thought the music was fun (probably chosen by the one employee), and she was super efficient. We got the 4 scoop sampler and it was really delicious. I probably wouldn't recommend the new York cheesecake one personally. The texture was funky to me.

What it lacks in nice seating and atmosphere it makes up for with delicious ice cream. It was our first time going and we were impressed with the fast service and flavorful ice cream. Enjoyed the black raspberry!!

We'd been told by several people that the ice cream was amazing.

The service was great. The girl who helped us was friendly and helpful.

The music was way too loud and pretty obnoxious. The store was very clean and the outdoor seating was nice.

We just didn't like the ice cream. The banana cream had a very chemical taste. Maybe fake marshmallow or something.

The birthday cake one was a letdown. The thick blue icing throughout was far too sweet.

The small was a lot of ice cream for a small but not nearly seven dollars worth.

I did enjoy the texture of the ice cream and maybe we didn't choose well but for a first time, we were very underwhelmed.

My wife and I both tossed it out before we got to the cone.

They finally opened! Provo/Orem you are going to love this place. Ice cream made fresh daily with flavors you will talk about until you can find time to go back. Personal favorite is French Silk Pie. Banana Cream Pie is my back up. But you can’t find anything f like Monkey Business. Serving sizes are generous for the cost. They make custom order cakes too!!

First time ever experiencing Handel’s ice cream - ever! Came here tonight with the familia with the expectation of being impressed, and boy let me tell you, we were NOT disappointed!

Hubby got the Tin Lizzy, with real bits of toffee so if you’re a toffee lover, this is a must flavor to try. We also tried the French Silk Pie, which was really tasty and a definite flavor for chocolate lovers. I couldn’t resist having their Coffee Chocolate Chip. It was instant CRUSH at first bite! Their regular strawberry was alright but had to get for the little girl who liked simple flavors.

The place was clean and very inviting. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and were eager to help us and let us try any flavor we wanted (as many times we asked) which we really appreciated!

All in all, it was a very pleasant first time experience and we will definitely be returning to this location again. A sure treat in Utah County!

Really creamy, high quality ice cream. The texture almost stretches like Gelato and there are lots of flavors to choose from. We tried the graham cracker and blueberry pie and loved both. The blueberry had lots of berries in it and the graham cracker flavor was delightful.

Things to know:

Price: single scoop cones/cups start at about$4

Dining: there are 3 outdoor tables and a bench inside the store, but currently no dine-in

Flavors: there are probably 30 flavor options (excluding add ons), but you cannot see the ice creams, so you base your choice on name and description

I love handles ice cream, I mostly buy quarts but I have never had a quart not entirly full before. Maybe I was just lucky and this is their standard but this was a mild surprise when I opened a quart tonight and found it as the photo shows. :/ I like consistency when paying 11 dollars a quart. I think some other options around are more consistent so buyers beware I guess.

I'm thinking the flavor I had choosen had limited stock and probably ended up to the point of this picture. It is what it is.
