I had flu like symptoms & went to this urgent care for testing. I was seen by Dr. Flashman who gave me time & listened to my complaints. I was very satisfied with the care I received not just from DR. Flashman but also the staff especially, Rachel who had a great attitude & was compassionate.
However, wait times are rather too long even though I was one of the first people to arrive as soon as they opened. Overall, very clean facility & caring staff.

The workers were nice..wait was about 3 hours. My son's tests were negative in-house but told me they were going to send them "out" for more accurate results.
Didn't call me back to give me results..and when I called them.. they had no record of that they were going to send them out.
Told me I was welcome to come back and test again..uhhhhh no thanks.
Why not do what they were going to say instead of making sick patients go around in circles?

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I took my sons in and they were seen by Dr Robert Flashman. I absolutely did not like his service. It seemed like he was in a rush and did not take his time to check my sons. He did not believe their fever was high and not even prescribed them any medications. Instead he told me to go to a CVS and buy over the counter medicine. If I take my sons to an Urgent Care I expect the doctor to take his time and see what could be the reason they are not feeling well but to call my sons LIARS and tell them you can die if you have a stomach ache is very unprofessional and rude!!! On top of that he raised his voice and rushes my sons when he is asking them questions. Stay away from this Urgent Care and save your self some money. With a doctor like him I rather google my sons symptoms and see what over the counter medication applies to their symptoms. I definitely do not recommend this Doctor or this Urgent Care while this doctor is on duty.

The worst urgent care for your child. You wait for two hours to be seen when there are only three people waiting! The frond desk man looks like he is homeless and has the biggest attitude!! When You come on with a sick small child at least you want them to talk nicely and explain! First and last time!!

Horrible Customer service and experience

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location and feel compelled to share my negative review. I brought my 3-year-old son in for a medical issue, fully aware of the need for prompt care. When I walked in, I informed the employee that we needed to see a doctor. At first, she was polite and professional, but that quickly changed. She informed me that there was a 3-hour wait and only one doctor on duty. Fine, I was willing to wait, but the customer service took a turn for the worse after that.

She then asked if I wanted to check in and wait for more than 3 hours, but also warned me that if the clinic closed before I was seen, I would have to leave without receiving any medical care. I pointed out that this seemed like a violation of my right to receive medical assistance. Her response? "It's your choice to wait or not to wait."

Confused, I asked, "What's the point of checking in if, after waiting 3+ hours, the clinic just closes and I don't get seen?" She simply said, “I’m good.” It was clear to me that my concerns weren’t being taken seriously.

As a patient, I came in well before closing time, and I should not be punished for a lack of staffing or scheduling on the clinic's part. I shouldn’t be made to feel like my child's medical needs are an inconvenience. The attitude and lack of care I experienced here were unacceptable. I expect more from a medical facility, especially when it comes to the well-being of children. I'll be seeking care elsewhere in the future.

Nurse Practitioner Kim was awesome. Very knowledgeable and great bed side manner. Answered all of my many questions. Her medical helper who checked me in was also very sweet. My only issue was a late open (15min after), but I have to say the speed at which I was seen made up for it. Great experience.

It was a little of a long wait because they were busy but a good experience overall. Doctor and medical assistant were very nice to my son. I will definitely go back whenever we need to.
