Love when I get the chance to stop and get bagels in the morning. I was passing by this morning and decided to stop in, the staff was very friendly this morning even with it being very busy. Everyone went above and beyond with their service and made an extra effort to put a smile on their face as well as those ordering food. As for the bagel, they never miss here it’s always a consistently delicious bagel.

They always mess up my order. I have been here 3 times and out of the 3 times they mess up my order twice now! I always get the tomato bacon avocado egg whites and I always say no bacon! Twice in a row they put bacon in it when I said no bacon! And they always forget that yummy sauce that goes on it!! That’s the whole point of that bagel! You guys should fire better staff! This is not acceptable!

When I walked in the establishment to order, the man at the register seemed to be very irritated. Girls preparing the bagels talking loud about personal business. While i was waiting i noticed they messed up another customers order. The customer was very nice about it. The man was making excuses. When I received my bagels I said thank you and no reply from the ladies, she just continued with the inappropriate conversation. My bagel was not toasted enough and wayyy too much cream cheese. (See picture) I will never come here again.

My pops ordered a black coffee and they gave him a latte. The whole lobby is disgusting and the employees are just standing around. Then I realized that even the trashcan hasn't been taken out since yesterday it seems. Lokey one of the worst places I've gone to. And the bathrooms aren't even clean which imo is crucial. Make UT clean again man.

We used to really love this place. Don't get me wrong, the bagels are great, the service is great. But 4$ for a plain toasted bagel, that wasn't even "toasted"? We got 3 bagels and it was about $16. I'm thinking what did I even just order! And then to get warm hardly toasted bagels just hurts my feelings, not even worth the money. We will miss this place.

Dining room was not swept and tables had crumbs all of over them, trash was full. Had to push down on trash to throw away our drinks and food. Food came out decently quick but waited 10-15 minutes extra due to “forgetting” to make our drinks said one of the female employees whom took our order originally. Both female employees proceeded to chitchat instead of working. Male employee was doing his job. I’ve worked food service most of my life and this atmosphere and customer service sucked. Food was decent. Caramel Shake tasted like vanilla…

The customer service is not the best. The last time we came they didn’t put very much meat on one of the bagel sandwiches we ordered. One had enough the other didn’t.
Today the cashier was impolite. He didn’t give my boyfriend his coffee and acted like it was annoying for us to ask for it. Then when I asked for a freezer bag he rolled his eyes and sighed. That pissed me off. I was really nice when I asked for it so there was no reason for this attitude. Then, when our sandwiches were up, they didn’t call our name. Really unprofessional.

The staff is mostly friendly but they take so so so incredibly long to fulfill orders. This would make sense if they were busy, but they usually aren’t. Even when I am the only person in the lobby they still take a very very long time. There is no urgency behind the counter, and they are usually chatting and moving very slowly.
