Horrible staff experience whenever we interact with them. Doctors are fine and did ask us to call them back the following day. The staff just didn’t connect us to doctor instead careless attitude with scheduling follow ups.

Excelente atención sobre todo no lo hacen esperar tanto tiempo (como que son organizados con el tiempo entre cada paciente) y lo más importante que la Dra. se interesa mucho en atender al paciente y que también exprese sus problemas de salud para dar soluciones. A mi me la recomendaron al igual yo lo haré!!

I had a great experience during my annual checkup with Dr. Subramanian. Her staff ensured that everything worked with clockwork precision. There were no long wait times unlike some of the other places. The doctor also spent considerable time with me, was very patient and thorough (again unlike other places).
I will strongly recommend her.

Unfair practices. I pick excel family care for my annual physical. My last physical was submitted to insurance under wrong category and insurance denied the claim. They should review what they are submitting before insisting patient to make the payments for their mistakes. I worked with my insurance and they said they did not submit any revised claims. They denied checkup for my wife because of this. My wife has nothing to do with that balance. I paid out the balance even this was a mistake from their end. We will never visit this facility anymore.
