I love their kids section. Nice collections. A bit expensive though. The cashier at the checkout was very calm and very polite. She helped us with applying credit card. Very patiently she handled the situation. Great choices for kids and even better during sale time.. they offer great sales in kid’s clothing.

I have been going to Dillard’s Willow Brook for many years, especially stopping by Origins for skin care products I have used for over 25 years. I met Afifa who was recently, noticed working at the origins sales counter. I am so appreciative of her she was a great consultant and helped me with a couple of issues I had with my skin after I stopped getting all the right products from Origins due to a lack of supplies. After I asked all the questions she gave me some samples with no pushing to purchase to try at home and offered me a facial too made me go back more than once to purchase whatever I was out of.
She made me comfortable each time I visited her counter to get what I needed with no issues or feeling pushed to purchase. She is a great saleswoman. I think Dillard needs to hire more people similar to Afifa.

I stopped by the Mac cosmetic counter to search for a new lipstick similar to the one I have been using in another brand that was discontinued. Tonae at the Mac counter was extremely helpful and friendly. I did not find a lipstick but I did try a fragrance at the next counter and she assisted me in that purchase. Tonae was patient and took her time pulling the testers for me to try. . I think she was enjoying the fragrances as well. I not only purchased 1 fragrance but purchased a 2nd one in the same brand because it was so similar to a favorite of mine that Neimans carry’s. I wanted to take the time to have you recognize Tonae for her great customer service. She is an asset to your Dillards store because she has a warm personality and it was a pleasure having her help me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an interview scheduled at 1pm on Wednesday. I showed up at 12:45pm. Next thing I know the lady in customer service says Leslie secretary is on the phone and wants to speak with me, she goes on to say my interview was canceled, I ask her why no one did not call and let me know and she tells me..we forgot! What a JOKE! Then, I receive an email this morning saying they are not moving forward with my application, but gave me an interview time at 3:30 on Friday of this week. Management needs to do better and I am glad they are not moving forward with my application I don’t want to work for a company that’s unprofessional and clearly don’t care about their candidates!!!

After 30 days they will not accept returns - only issue a gift card. No extension on this even for Christmas. I can't recommend shopping at a store that will not accept returns. Dillards, this is a terrible policy and i won't be back.

The fitting rooms are horrible. The smell from the rooms is disgusting. I love coming here but trying on $200 dresses in the gross rooms isn’t worth it. The Woodlands location is old but clean
