A little pricey here, not gonna lie. Pretty much everything you see you can get on Amazon for ATLEAST 15% cheaper ‍♂️ Shoes are no longer in boxes for you to try on, so you have to ask somebody to bring ONE pair from the back to try on EVERYTIME... man I miss the old days ? All the staff are nice and the girls working the front always give me a discount ?️ :)

I was looking for some cleats for my son, to play lacrosse. The store is beautiful. Don't get me wrong. That were 4 associates on the sales floor next to the shoe department. I'm not sure if they were having a meeting or if they were having a personal conversation I asked for help. One of them answered before I could even get my question out and said wait ✋️ a minute. I said okay She took so long. I had to go ask someone else to help me. With that being said, they have a great selection. So unfortunately I have to go back when I need more sports equipment.

I had a great experience at getting fitted for a driver. AJ Meany was very knowledgeable, and patient walking through the process with me. He also provided some great tips on my swing to improve my golf game. Would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to upgrade their clubs.

Good customer service while shopping and looking for new yard items for outdoor fun. Helpful assistance with getting products off higher shelves, for us shorties Haha but wonderful discounts and clearance sections worth looking and grabbing deals. Shoe department is nicely laid out and run. Ability to see if shoe is in stock from greeting point without having to go to the stock room. That's great service!!! Thank you. Happy shopping worth a visit at this location.

They already knew some people wouldn’t get the wrist band for their grand opening event because they did head count but they did not let the people know . They made chicken and elderly line up in the could for a long time. It just gives people negative impressions about this new house of sports and they probably wouldn’t come to shop here

Worst experience ever. I’m from South Carolina and I walked into the store around 8:35 a.m the doors opened I walked passed at least 10 workers who said nothing to me. I then proceeded to look for some football gear for my son when I didn’t see any as I was in the wrong section. When I realized and i happened to have been on the side of about 15 other workers having I meeting in the middle of the floor and no one said anything to me as I started to walk to another section a African American guy walks to me and tells me I’m not supposed to the there they open in 20 minutes I said ok and walked to the exit but wanted to know why didn’t anyone else say anything to me as I walked pass almost the whole staff. I wouldn’t shop here ever again…

Can’t get over how nice this place it’s after the updating. Best selection around and will order your size online to your house if not in stock

Worst customer service and staff management. I visited this store yesterday to get cleats. The store has plenty of staffs but they run away from customers. They have digitalized the service to check in-stock and expect wait time is 3-4 mins, but noone responded for more than 10 mins until I escalated it to manager.
