I heard great things about Czekalski, so I contacted them. Our home was sold in less than a couple weeks! Their agency made it one of the simplest processes I have ever experienced. Fast forward to this summer. My husband and I moved back to the area and were ready to buy again. The experience I had with this company and with Chris the first time around stayed with me. I knew she was the one I wanted to help us find our forever home. I called her up and within days she found us our dream home! (Sometimes this part takes longer and it depends on what is on the market, but no matter how long it takes, be confident that she will help you find it.) She guided us through the process, gave us incredible contacts and advice, worked efficiently and smartly, and now here I am, sitting in our new home taking a break from unpacking our boxes to write this review.

My realtor Chris was phenomenal. She was quick to respond to my many requests and questions with a positive attitude. Chris fought for me and I never doubted she was in my corner. She gave me advise on properties and future potential issues. She was always professional and quick with a smile. Cannot recommend Chris enough!

I have had two excellent experiences with Czekalski Real Estate! I used CRE twice for the buying and selling of two homes. Both of our homes had offers that were accepted within a week of the house being on the market. I credit CRE for the quick offers because they gave us helpful advice on how to prepare our home to be sold and they worked hard to advertise and hold open houses. They made selling our homes very stress free! During the process of looking for a new home, CRE was very helpful at finding houses that fit our needs. The agents were always readily available to show us houses that we had an interest in and during hours that were most convenient for us. All of the staff we have worked with are always very friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend CRE for all of your real estate needs!!

Czekalski Real Estate (CRE) HAS BEEN a very well respected and valued real estate business within the Allie-Kiski for over half a century.  Since they have been personally voted BEST Real Estate Agency AND BEST Real Estate Agent within the valley for several years in a row, this was justification as to why I chose them when selecting a house.

CRE agents truly showcase a wonderful level of professionalism, represent their company values well, and at the same time sincerely cared about the emotional process of seeking a house.

I would recommend CRE to anyone.  They were extremely helpful. There are a lot of procedures that go into buying a house that I was unaware of.
They helped me every step of the way.

As a general internet rule, you should not base your opinion on some random google review. (There is always going to be un-happy people in the world that no matter what you do, they feel "wronged" and "entitled.") I had a very positive experience with this company! If I ever look for a listing in the future, I will totally go with CRE.

I recently sold my house thanks to Joy Foust. I had land issues and other issues that caused many hold ups but Joy went way over and beyond to help me and to get things done the right way. I had tried other realtors but none of them took the job seriously the way she did. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't have an answer she will get it. She was always thoughtful of my personal situation and made sure the process went as smooth as possible for me. I would never have sold without her help. Thank You Very Much Joy. Two thumbs up! I definitely recommend her.

Conartist and money hungry liars. I bought a home in Natorna Heights and when i moved in In I went to get house insurance and found out my house that needed a gas stove was electric and all the lights that worked at the time magically stopped working when I moved in the house was staged beautifully thank you for informing me of the electric damage done to my house but Loophole here guys be warned they have a policy they do not inform buyers that they DO NOT have to declose anything to you. WONDERFUL. Youll be hearing from my lawyer!
