VERY BUSY! If I had one word for this location it would be chaotic.

We arrived around 11am & the place was PACKED! It was our first time there and felt pure anxiety trying to order since it was so busy.

The gentleman taking my order messed up & forgot a few things so my husband had to go back in to order.

I wouldn’t label this place a family friendly since there’s so much traffic…

Their eggs and avocado toast was bland but the pancakes was super sweet. The iced shaken espresso was yummy! Fav part of my order. The orange juice was freshly squeezed & yummy too (it has pulp in it, if you’re a pulp fan you’ll love it.)

This Brickell coffee shop offers a modest yet reliable stop for those seeking a quick caffeine fix or a light breakfast. While the atmosphere is functional, with both indoor and outdoor seating, it lacks any distinct charm that would make it stand out among Miami’s bustling café scene.

The coffee is solid but unremarkable—both the latte and iced cappuccino were enjoyable but failed to leave a lasting impression. The food mirrors this sentiment; the open-face breakfast sandwich and breakfast croissant were satisfying but didn’t rise above the ordinary. If anything, the bakery items may hold hidden potential, and I regret not sampling their pastries.

Service is adequate, though nothing noteworthy, with a 15% service charge automatically added to the bill. On the plus side, credit cards are accepted, offering a bit of convenience.

I went today. This is a restaurant that's popular among office-goers. The food here is solid, offering good flavors, though nothing particularly extraordinary or innovative.

In the past, I've generally avoided this place because the service has been extremely slow. However, today was a pleasant surprise. The service was quick, which made for a much more enjoyable experience. I'm not sure if this is due to the summer season or if they've improved their process, but it was definitely a positive change.

Overall, if you're looking for a dependable lunch spot with decent food and substantial portions, this is a good choice (if you have time). Hopefully, the improved speed of service is here to stay.

Enjoy the ambience for something super casual. Outdoor seating. They have cute mini desserts like mousse and tiramisu if you don’t want something large. I went for the croissant and enjoyed the flavor of the chocolate butter croissants. The coffee was a great flavor. This place is pet friendly so you can enjoy your coffee with your fur babies.

I visited it for brunch with a friend. Despite the place not being completely full, there were still plenty of people around. We arrived between noon and 1 PM and were promptly seated.

I opted for the gourmet sandwich, which turned out to be quite good. However, I felt that the flavors were somewhat plain and could have used a little more excitement. My friend ordered the Turkey sandwich, and we shared similar sentiments about the taste.

We also ordered coffee, expecting an interesting presentation with glass mugs, but the coffee was served in plastic cups. Although it didn't affect the taste, we were a bit disappointed. We ended up spending $20 each for the brunch.

On a positive note, we tried the almond croissant, which was decent but didn't stand out as the best one we've ever had. It is quite spacious, providing a comfortable environment for dining.

One aspect we particularly enjoyed was the music playing in the background. It added a pleasant ambiance to the overall dining experience.

Overall, it offers a wide range of options for brunch. While the sandwich and coffee were good, we wished for more flavor variety. The almond croissant was tasty but not exceptional. The spacious setting and enjoyable music were definite highlights.

I regularly eat here at crema Brickell 3-4 times a week. Service is quick and attentive form the staff. on my last visit a gentleman named Alain went out of his way and helped expedite my order since I was running late to the airport although the place was packed. Food is always on point the classic croissant breakfast sandwich or the tuna poke are my favorite.
