Came back after a nice first visit and it didn’t go so well. The lady taking our order did not speak any English, we asked for a latte with extra milk and single shot coffee and got a cup of hot milk with no coffee. Then we explained that it was not what we ordered, got a regular latte and had to pay for it again. We asked for the eggs well done and they were not. It’s a good place to go if you speak Spanish. Gringos beware.

Very cute place! The dining area is very nice. I got an iced latte which was very good and a chicken sandwich. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is awesome! 10/10 recommend

I told myself I’d never try another Crema after the repeated terrible experiences at their Brickell and Hallandale outposts… but they opened up steps away from me, so I figured I’d try one last time. Thank God I did! The coffee cake is fire and while I only drink espresso, the coffee was of quality and served well.

I’ve gone twice and the second time, my only takeaway was that the cake/scones arrived scattered and not in unison with the coffee. We were the only table and it took longer than expected, but I imagine that will change as the team gets more acclimated to the new location. Overall, great space!

Sadly I have to come back and edit this review as the Curse of Every Crema location, has come back into fruition. Across the board, every single Crema location I've ever visited, has had logistical issues. Yesterday afternoon, we had to initiate a refund due to the fact that the food never arrived. The first scone arrived and was cold and rock solid, we returned, they heated it up and we asked about the status of the other food items as the coffee was almost done... they advised that they were working on it but the person who makes Acai bowls was on break? If one person has the title of Acai Maker, then we should probably only have it on the menu when the Acai Maker is there. Long story short, for some reason, the food never arrives with the order and when it does, it's in an unpresentable state. It's a shame because the coffee is so good and the coffee cake is top 5- mind you there was only 4 other tables. I only leave this review to stress that management has to implement better systems for this team to be able to operate at the level it deserves. Pasion Del Cielo across the street doesn't have this issue.

*Edit as of 12/19:
Maybe it’s my fault for going back- but tried again and this time food never arrived, refund was asked and granted. This was about 3.5 weeks ago, but seriously: Why is every Crema location having an issue with simple orders? From Hallandale to Brickell to Midtown.

The place is beautiful, the vibe and location are amazing. Unfortunately the chocolate croissant, two egg breakfast and iced matcha latte didn’t really taste like much and for the price too I was very disappointed.

Nice seating and super friendly staff. They also have extensive outdoor seats
