Luck of the draw maybe. But it was a waste of 7 months of our time just to get property properly posted and a sign out front. Company buy out, employee turnover and no follow through lead to a failed experience for us. After pulling the listing from Creek, we have had multiple people from Creek calling and asking about property, clueless to the fact they once had the listing. A upper management even called and was clueless stating “We have so many contractors it’s hard to know what everyone is doing.” This is not the customer experience we were looking for. Not knowing who works for you, what they are doing, selling, and brokering large contracts for your company is wild. After further reading these other reviews they are employees and owners leaving reviews. We did try and reach out to the office before ending contract and no one ever returned our calls. Extremely disappointing experience. Maybe yours will be better but this was ours.
