This company has managed our properties since 2009 and has done a very good job. We have rental properties elsewhere and CRE is a much better company to work with. They are friendly, competent and easy to work with.

I have owned many properties and rented a few. As a landlord this is the worst company I have ever seen, they run everyone through the courts for preexisting property damage so they don't have to refund deposits. The crew is unprofessional and unresponsive; allowing tenants to go weeks and months with out essentials (kitchen equipment, heat, AC, etc.). If you tell them you don't wish to renew they immediately try to serve you eviction paperwork even though you've never missed a payment. They manage a few nice properties for people, but this team is the definition of SLUM LORDS.

This management group is terrible at responding back about any issue to be resolved. My air conduction has went out 3 times out of the 4 months of Sumer in 2021. They didn’t not fix the problem just worked around it. That being said now they have to replace the whole unit and couldn’t tell me a time frame on when it will be fixed. Just said “y’all gon be out of air for a while. It also took 3 to 5 business days until they came out and maybe resolved the problem. the “girl” that works in the office is unprofessional and seems like she brings her home problems to work with her. She had a slick attitude and ran away from the situation. Trying to save some money and making other people suffer isn’t tolerable at all. Never will I ever rent/recommend this business to anyone!

I've been with cre for 5 and 1/2 years renting a property. Starting to understand why they do not do credit checks or anything else. Because you will not get your deposit back. Even if you paid for half the rent when you left like you're supposed to. You clean up the house and organize it. Only two issues was my children not the door into the wall so it had a little tiny hole which I tried to fix there was one in the closet but there was already a hole there when we moved in and they refused to come over to fix the stove cut up a tree that fell down and our driveway refuse to fix the flooring in laundry room the one there was a leak in the back door. When we left we didn't only just leave the house that we've known for a long time they gave us a really short notice and in the middle of my move send over a realtor to question the home while we were trying to leave to get to the other home they could have done that another day. We always maintain and take care of everything and let him know every single time when something was wrong I even left the pool behind and gave it to them brand new. To sell with the home these people are responsible for my deposit money and then never received it not even a percentage of it

Missy was a sweet and helpful woman, the two young girls and old man working at the office now are rude and have no people skills, you can tell everything has been handed to them, very snobby lil girls... the man is lazy sits on his butt all day and no matter how well you speak to him his response is always sarcastic and annoying! But the property I stayed in was great, just not so much the management!!!

I knew someone who had to deal with this company because the landlord got CHEAP... Repairs never got fixed and their living conditions were hazardous. But the company harassed my friend for money without attempting to repair the unit. Also, had a bad encounter with the lady MISSY as well!

Have rented from them for 3 years. We love them. They come and fix things in a timely manner and work with you if you communicate with them about being late.

Do not apply here I stay in 3br house from them the power went out in the back room and they never fix it. I told them every time I want to pay my rent.and it never got fix they never fix nothing these people are cheap daivd is just looking to were he can get his next dollar please go so we’re else if you can
