I enjoyed being a member of the credit union because it was perk to be able to take your loose change and put it into counter for free. The money was counted then deposited into your account. Well, being a member now doesn’t have perks . They have the nerve to now charge its members to use the change machine .

I bought out my leased vehicle back in March and the best interest rate they could find me was just under 8% with PNC Bank. And that's with an excellent credit score. Shame on me for not researching and going into it better prepared with a different lender. After paying $400 a month for a technically used car, I decided I wanted to try and refinance for a better rate. My spouse is a member at this credit union so I checked their website and their rates were so much better! I called yesterday to find out what the process was, thinking I'd have to drag myself into a branch on Saturday morning. Nope! The man I talked to on the phone took care of the whole thing for me. I emailed him what he needed and he kept me informed throughout the day via email because I was going to be in and out of meetings the rest of the day. By 4:30pm, I got a call from the loan processing department that I was approved and got a rate just over 5%! I worked with Anthony Dorta on this and he was personable and also offered a few products, one of which I did take advantage of, without being pushy. I still have to sign off on the loan docs as the loan gets processed, but as of now, I'd definitely recommend this credit union and give Anthony a 10/10.

Worst bank I have ever dealt with! I have been a member since early 2016 and over-drafted my account by $30 and was charged $60 and reported to the 3 major credit companies. This is definitely a mom and pop bank, the benefits suck, and there are other banks/credit unions that have better features!

I think that people who happening talking on the phone with customers should learn more about listening and helping customers. I found myself in a difficult situation and called to work on resolution, spoke with Cheryl ( not sure of spelling)and it was horrible. She seems to not listen, not hearing me and not trying to help me resolve my issue, worst customer service ever. I have asked to speak with someone else and she told me that there is no one who can help me and I have to only speak with her. I said that I’m finding it hard to believe and she got really upset with me but did transfer me to Angelina ( I think) who was very nice and helped me with my issues in polite manner within one minute, and for that I’m grateful.

I have been a member of this credit union and up until this point, the service had been superb. Today is definitely a different story, If you overdraft your account, they have a courtesy pay for customers where they pay they pay it and charge you a $30 fee. Pretty basic procedure with most banking institutions. To be a member at this credit for a year and a half and be charged a $30 fee for .25 cent is a clear sign they don’t care about their customers. It’s all about the money. When I contacted them, I was told a $30 fee is charged no matter the amount. Definitely a lesson learned to balance my funds, especially with an institution that has no grace period or limits on small transactions.

I opened an auto loan a few months back and absolutely love this bank. Just refinanced an auto loan and the process was super easy. Was able to do everything through their chat service due to my schedule and it was completed fairly quickly.

The worst bank ever! Buyer beware! They overdraft your account and the their motto is our members are our #1 priority not true. The branch manager, Nick had me crying on the phone and was yelling at me while Lis was rude and hanging up on me. Nick said his under staffed to busy to take my phone calls. So if Brian Beaumont the director could get back to me I would appreciate it to discuss this matter. The worst experience!
