Receptionists were a nightmare to deal with and they gave the woman who came in after a tough time too. Prob a bad day? Still not an excuse to be rude though. Didn’t check me in for 20 min and ultimately missed my appointment because of it.

Dr. Chad White has been my doctor for many years. He's very thorough and complete. He will answer all your questions to the best of his ability. Dr. White is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

The receptionist was very friendly, the staff overall were very nice and funny! The wait was not long, they listened to what I needed. I met with Dr. White who I've been going to since I was 19. He was gentle and very attentive.

Dr Chad White has been my Ob/Gyn since my 25 year old daughter was born. He is everything a great physician should be.

Great for gynecology and a once a year visit. I never had issues with this office until I got pregnant and transferred to the OB portion of the office. I have never been to a more disorganized office. If you are expecting a stress free experience, I would recommend going elsewhere. Front desk had no idea at what weeks to schedule your important appointments for certain tests, they will code your bills wrong (insurance owes me close to $1k due to incorrect billing), and you will wait over an hour to see your doctor for 5 minutes. They have also sent false referrals to other offices claiming my baby had died at 21 weeks. Which is traumatizing.

I will say the nursing staff has always been kind, but to go through everything else just to have nice nurses is not worth it.

I have since moved to a different practice in a different health system and have not had any of these issues, and I’m much happier. I would not recommend any first time mom OR any mom for that matter to receive this care. You deserve better!
