I highly recommend Commercial Real Estate Inspectors. I hired them to inspect two apartment buildings. They did a thorough job and gave a detailed inspection report. Stuart Huff was the inspector, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an apartment building.

I was impressed with their accuracy, detail and professionalism. Tiffany and Bob were very helpful during the process and it was a pleasure working with them. They have fair prices for their inspections and explain clearly about the process. Inspector came on time and they followed through by providing us with a very detailed report with photos

I have have known and worked with the Bob Pace for over 15 years. He and his team are extremely knowledgeable across all building types and construction trades. They have a very clear process for inspecting properties and uncovering issues that are pertinent to the continued operation of a building.

On several occasions they identified items I had overlooked which would have cost me 10's of thousands of dollars. Having identified the issue during my contingency period I was able to negotiate a discount.
