I just want to say please read my review cause it's so honest and it is my story with this great school!
I passed my CO Broker exam today!!! The best Tips I can give it to you is keep reviewing Exam Prep tool and of course DON"T miss Thursdays webinar and the best was Cram Course on Tuesdays. These are the BEST 3 tools that really helped me to pass this Exam. I took my exam at first, my score was not that far from passing one. I felt sad But believe me. When I checked with Jon and Dana, And followed their Tips, I passed it!! I want to say Thank you for Dana for her fast response every time. And BIG THANK YOU To jon To answer all my questions on Thursdays even when meeting time is over. Thank you so much for your care about your students! I wouldn't do it without your help. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Brokerage administration class- The instructor is dull, boring and slurs his speech, badly. Very hard to listen too. I only took the course through here because it was cheap. Now I know why. And their refund policy is a $99 cancelation fee plus a percentage based off how far into the class you are. Problem is they take $99 plus that percentage when the class only costs $199 regular price. I got it on sale and only paid $99 so I can't actually get any money back for this horrible class. The further I get into class the worse it gets. I keep hearing the speakers cell phone buzzing followed by silence as they presumable check their phone. Extremely unprofessional.

I did a lot of research on schools available before enrolling in a course and it was so worth it… Colorado Real Estate School was just fabulous. The resources they provide, their support and just the way they teach makes it so easy to learn. I loved the customer service, the awesome resources and tests that prepared me to pass. I didn’t have to pay for any other extra services that other people buy. This school has it all! Plus they have a free extra course for you to take practice tests and be extra prepared.

Colorado Real Estate School
was exactly what I needed to get started on this new path. The instructor led videos plus supplemental material (readings and and focused video reviews) plus weekly Q & As, as well as exam cram sessions, were all perfect for my learning style. I was able to complete the courses through the winter and stay on track through the holidays even with the guidance that was available. Thankfully, I just passed both the National and State exams on the first try on 3/23/23!! I highly recommend this school for their dedication to assisting their students in passing the exams and for providing ongoing support with enthusiasm and attention.

Whenever I reached out for support with the technical side of things I received patient and friendly responses from Jesse, Dana and Vicki. Jon, Pam and Ed are amazing instructors with real life experience to share and I enjoyed each of them with their individual teaching styles and their humor.

The education and support that the Colorado Real Estate School provides is leaps and bounds ahead of other schools. And for some reason they’re the same price. Cannot recommend them enough. I was completely prepared for the exam and aced both! If you’re looking for a real estate school for the super-hard Colorado test, they will prepare you with correct information (which surprisingly isn’t true of all schools). Dana is also the nicest and most helpful person person.

Made the decision to get my license and Colorado Real Estate School allowed me to make that happen. The online classes worked out great and walk you through all the required elements with ease. You work at your own pace and can learn from your mistakes as you go. I know the training was successful since I was able to pass the national and state exam on my first time. I would also recommend their one day class once you finish all the online training. This one day allowed me to hear from other students and to discuss some of those challenging areas. Clearly their program works! My results prove it..

I highly recommend Colorado Real Estate School. Even while working full time and having a very busy summer I was still able to finish a month ahead of schedule. If that doesn’t demonstrate a flexible education plan I don’t know what does! The classes are structured so that they are easy to access and follow. Quizzes allow you to review what you missed. Instructors are thorough and present information in a friendly and pleasant manner. I especially benefitted from the fact that they give examples from their own experience when teaching a concept or rule. I passed both halves of my licensing exam on the first try. In reaching out with questions I received a prompt, thorough, and enthusiastic response. I am very excited for this start to my real estate career and wholeheartedly feel supported and educated by this program!
