My first time here. Found a piece of sharp wood in my mangonada drink. My daughter also complained of having a stomach ache after drinking her mango boba, which I saw the young female worker taking mango yogurt from the yogurt machine and just watering it down to make the drink. Such a waste of money! And be carful they charge you a surcharge each time you ring up, even when paying cash. Definitely never coming back!

They have decent frozen yogurt, but it was very expensive. I had the chocolate and cake batter with a scoop of brownie bites. The chocolate was melted in the machine, and the cake batter was fine. My kid got cheesecake, chocolate, and raspberry, with a few toppings. He liked it a lot.

The two cups of frozen yogurt were all that was ordered, and it was $24.70 after tax. That's a lot for what we ordered. The last time my family and I were here, it was much better priced, but that was a couple of years ago. There are dozens of other places to go in the area that don't charge $12 for a cup of froyo.

These two photos uploaded show an increased price, and I paid more (0.62/oz) than what either photo shows. You have increased your price multiple times. My son did fill his cup with froyo, but mine was only about 1/2 full. My opinion is that your froyo is expensive. I've had better for a lesser price.

The server was so sweet and helpful the milkshake we ordered was more of milk. We asked if she could give me my money back and she said of course and I explained I really wanted the shake thicker she was so nice and said I will do this for you and very positive. When she gave me the shake she asked for me to try it before I left and told her this is perfect. I will defiantly be coming back

Editing my review after the owner reached out to me: I’m grateful for the owner’s quick response to the issue. He sincerely apologized for the customer service incident and demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! What happened to this place? Asked to speak to a manager/owner but was told he was out and that she would call him. Yea, right! Also beware of the prices. They don’t honor what they have on their items. Was charged $5.99 each and not the 2/$10.

This is the best spot for everything you can think of. You can get smoothies, milkshakes, frozen yogurt, ice cream, alcohol, margaritas, daiquiris, Mexican, candy, and more. Best spottttttt for a pre game or end of the night. Also cute for a chill date. Food is amazing, and so are all of the treats. I wish there was one closer to Austin!!

Selection is great and the staff is super friendly.

The store is very clean and well kept.

I never realized three were so much flavors of things I am missing out on.

Froyo isn't what it used to be in a get all these different types of flavors and toppings and this that and the other but overall nice atmosphere great service and lots of flavors with different toppings definitely recommend it for the family prices could be a little better other than that it was a great experience.

Fui a su tienda a comprar pero me percaté que habían dos trabajadoras una cajera y la otra ayudante pero la cajera solo estaba y con el teléfono y me atendió algo enojada sentada mientras que la otra chica estaba haciendo todo el trabajo
