I was recently seen by Dr. Randi. She is awesome! I had a question about a script. My message was left for her, and she called me back right away. She s truly one of a kind by the caring way she delivers services. The whole office staff is very kind and helpful. I have never been disappointed when I go there for a consult and checkup when ill. This is a group of capable professionals who know how to assist patients. My experiences at this urgent care have always been good. I always recommend this clinic to people I know.

Made an appointment for my very sick 19 month old son and still ended up being there for well over 2 hours. The waiting room is way too small and I don't think loud country music was the best option to blast while people are waiting and sick. The other thing I really did not like is having to go on my phone to put in my own insurance and ID what is the job of the front staff then? I personally would never go back there!

Without a doubt the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had I typically find myself in urgent cares 2x a year for random scenarios and had yet to been to this particular location. the staff was super kind, informative, patient and compassionate something I can understand isn’t always present and why. i did not feel like “another” patient I felt like a person with a concern surrounded by those who took what I said with consideration, thoughtfulness and grace. This was my first visit to this urgent care and I was very pleased with the whole experience. It was clean and welcoming. The whole staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was very friendly and respectful. They treated my child like a human being and went out of there way to make him comfortable. I went in expecting the treatment to go one way, and they respected this while still giving me their alternative recommendation. Ultimately they included me in my child's care and it felt like we were partners in his care, instead of a parent and professional.

Urgent care was very clean. Desk clerks were professional in every aspect. Person who took vital signs was excellent, very personable and knowledgeable. Physician was extremely good, technique was great. Thorough exam, diagnostics, treatment and reevaluation after treatment good. Medications ordered and I was able to pick them within an hour. As a nurse I can be critical but there was nothing in my visit to criticize.

I've never been to an Urgent Care and was a little hesitant. When your not feeling well this center is the place to go. I was amazed at the care I got from this group of caring health care givers. From Laketa to my provider Emily. Kind, caring, knowledgeable, quick I can't say enough. I was also impressed on the cleanliness of the facility considering the amount of foot traffic. I would recommend this team and facility to everyone.

I felt comfortable and welcomed in this urgent care. I was checked in very quickly all my problems and concerns were addressed. And a big Thank you to Darchelle! Who helped me with everything and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Emily was a big help too she gave me some recommendations on what to do. The best urgent care that I have been to in a while.
