I'm not please with my doctor I got a physical done even know I came in for a ear complaint I think what annoyed me is he did not check my neck its like he did not do physicals like im used to else where It was rushed and i did not realize what was going on until after the fact. I'm changing my doctors huge disappointment

THE INDIAN DOCTOR IS AN UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON HE YELLED AT ME CAUSE I SAID I DONT LIKE MEDICINE I WANT A X RAY CONTINUE TO TELL ME I DONT LOOK LIKE IM IN PAIN HE BEEN A DOCTOR FOR 40 YEARS

Receptionist was turning off lights rushed me out the clinic so she can go on lunch but the office closes at 3 it's was 12:26
I asked her to reprint my referral because the radiologist will ask for the ICD medical code she said I'm lucky she took me cause she need lunch I went to the referral location they asked me where the code was and they never even asked if I was pregnant they assumed when doing X-ray you have to be sure

My medical records were made up
It says that i never had immunizations when I did that I missed immunizations and I have never missed anything and have my immunizations records since I was a child till today written records by my childhood and young adult life records
and a whole other bunch of things that is false information

Came here on a Saturday at 02.20pm..office closed..yet when look online it was saying office closes soon at 3.00pm..Am extremely disappointed..office closed earlier than the scheduled advertised time..

Staff is extremely rude and combative not helpful AT ALL. The old blonde lady at the front desk has a rude answer for everything I wonder what her credentials are to give any type of medical advice. She really seems very uneducated. They gate keep referrals as if it’s coming out of their own paycheck. I feel so bad for patients who do not know their rights and go here as they make you feel like everything they do is a favor to you even if it is them doing their JOBS. AVOID THIS PLACE I AM CHANGING MY PCP IMMEDIATELY!

The NP named Reeves is extremely rude. I asked her some simple questions and she was very condescending and she’s quite argumentative. Very unprofessional. I had such a horrible visit with her. The fact that there are so many comments calling her out and she stills works there beats me.

Do not recommend.
Complete lack of customer/patient care.
I was given incorrect insurance requirements from them (that I verified was incorrect with my insurance - in the office) and was told I better be ok with getting a bill.
When I informed them I never heard of these requirements before, they said someone left me a message. When I proved they didn’t, reception didn’t care “oh well they write whatever notes they want on our system”.
Didn’t give me any confidence in the level of care/service I was about to receive.
Walked right out.
